About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Frontline Cashier at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to members across the club, answering any questions they may have and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives, and participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
