Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer 2 to join our team at Skyworks. As a key member of our Module Design Team, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge, state-of-the-art PA, RF switches, LNAs and front-end modules for Automotive and IoT applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Block level circuit design, develop, verify, and productize analog/mixed-signal design in module solutions
  • Functional level planning, design, execution, and tape-out schedule management
  • Management of design trade-offs in cost, risk, and performance
  • Guide activities across multiple functions, such as layout, verification, test, and manufacturing
Requirements
  • Demonstrated capability of production delivery
  • Good simulation skills in Cadence including PEX, Monte Carlo, and Corner analysis
  • Knowledge in standard analog cell design including bandgaps, op-amps, power detectors, regulators, precision current sources, basic logic synthesis
  • Exposure to best analog layout practices in Cadence Virtuoso
  • Additional, preferred skills: SOI technology & design, Exposure to 802.11 WiFi, 3GPP 4G/5G/6G, and mmWave product requirements, Mixed signal and digital integration experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,100 - $138,900 per year, depending on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
