Hospice LPN Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a Hospice LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of end-of-life care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to Hospice patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Hospice LPN
  • MT LPN licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS and CPI certifications
  • Authorized to work in the United States
