Resident Care Associate | CNA

The Phoenix at Milton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Associate to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized service plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility
  • Respond promptly to resident call bells and security system alerts
  • Conduct daily checks on resident rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Participate in activities and events to promote resident engagement and socialization
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
