Job Summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients by building loyalty and repeat business.
  • Program Champion: Champion Thrifty White's programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist patients with enrollment.
  • Support to Pharmacists: Support pharmacists in clinical service offerings, including counting, measuring, and packaging medication under their supervision and final approval.
  • Prescription Processing: Input prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies.
Requirements
  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include long periods of standing, frequent talking and hearing, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
