We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grade Foreman to join our team at Branch Civil. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the grading operations and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

• Coordinate grading operations and oversee grading crew on-site.
• Work with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and execute effective plans for grading activities.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Assure quality control and contract compliance of grading activity.
• Supervise and train crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and implement effective safety programs.
• Participate in post-incident investigations and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and recommend workers for career growth opportunities.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience with highway construction.
• 3+ years' experience as a Grading Foreman.
• Working knowledge of applicable standards, specifications, codes, regulations, and laws.
• Experience with Global Positioning System (GPS).
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Branch Group Fleet Policy requirements.

Travel is infrequent, but the employee should be willing and able to travel to project sites as needed.

This position will potentially supervise 5 or more employees.
