Occasionally, the Housekeeper may also engage in thorough cleaning tasks in collaboration with maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and service-oriented interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain consistent attendance as per the hotel’s scheduling requirements.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including proper uniform attire.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient operations.
  • Effectively clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.
  • Complete all preparatory cleaning tasks, including organizing supplies and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Remove waste and soiled linens from guest accommodations.
