Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities
  • Implement occupational therapy care plans and coordinate care with the entire care team
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other care team members
  • Prepare timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes
Requirements:
  • Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the State of Texas
  • Skilled Nursing or Veterans Home experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of SNF or Veterans Healthcare regulations and general healthcare compliance
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care
