About the Role

This position requires a Physician Assistant with excellent clinical skills and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. We prefer candidates with experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health. Active PA licensure in the state of Washington is necessary, along with CPR/BLS certification. Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology is also beneficial.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct Physical Health Assessments of military personnel, gathering relevant medical information and interviewing individuals as needed.
  • Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires to identify potential health concerns.
  • Document interview results for readiness classification in service member medical records using a proprietary system.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
