TikTok is looking for a talented Senior Ecommerce Product Developer to join our team. As a key member of our growth engineering team, you will focus on designing and implementing growth initiatives that drive the success of TikTok Shop.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable and efficient ecommerce product features, platforms, and tools to drive TikTok Shop customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, product managers, and growth marketers to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
- Implement tracking and attribution systems and leverage A/B experiments to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and inform optimization decisions.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors/experience.
- 5+ years of related engineering working experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Javascript, Java, C++.
- Good understanding of business, technical abstraction, and system module design.
- Large-scale website architecture experience.
