About the Role:
FusionWorks is seeking a skilled Nursing Specialist to join our team as a Mead Care Professional for the late shift. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing professional care and support to our seniors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene and medication intake
- Implement prescribed medical measures
- Document care services provided
- Maintain close communication with family members and the medical team
- Organize leisure activities and accompany residents to doctor's appointments
Requirements:
- Completed training as a geriatric nurse or healthcare professional
- Professional experience in inpatient geriatric care
- Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly individuals
- Teamwork and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
