Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our dynamic team in the Medical industry. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in compliance and risk management.

• Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to the medical industry.
• Conduct comprehensive research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
• Ensure all company activities comply with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development of the company's risk management strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
• Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
• Meet with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to discuss details of the case.
• Prepare and distribute compliance reports to internal management teams.
• Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the legal team.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the Medical industry.
• Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies.
• Profound knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to the medical industry.
• Demonstrated experience in compliance and risk management.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
