About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse in our Long Term Care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, and perform tasks that require pushing, pulling, and bending
