About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our management and employees on various business matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management and employees on various business matters, including personnel issues, intellectual property, and real estate transactions.
  • Assist in the management of assigned litigation and legal claims, including negotiation and settlement of disputes.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • At least 1 year of experience in general corporate law, including private practice with a mid-to-large size law firm or as in-house legal counsel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with management, employees, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
