We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team at Masonic Villages at Lafayette Hill. As a RN Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team.
Responsibilities:- Serve as charge nurse for assigned resident care unit, ensuring continuous clinical leadership at all times.
- Direct NAs regarding resident care and notify families, physicians, and departments of residents' needs.
- Collect data on residents and accurately document residents' condition in an informative and descriptive manner.
- Complete assigned paperwork, including wound documentation, MARS, TARS, Care Plans, etc.
- Perform clinical testing, administer medications, and monitor effectiveness of treatments.
- Prepare for and perform weekly resident rounds with the physician.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification required.
- Commit to working a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month or 16 hours per month during the week.
- Work at least 1 summer and winter holiday.
