NON-COVID FACILITY

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends

Available Shifts: 1st and 2nd

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents
  • Monitor and document vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and glucose levels
  • Assess patients' conditions to track progress and identify any side effects from treatments
  • Administer wound care, change dressings, and provide medication as prescribed
  • Collect laboratory samples as directed
  • Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients
  • Act as an advocate for patients' medical needs with the clinical team
  • Communicate effectively with patients' families to provide updates and reassurance
  • Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation protocols
  • Understanding of confidentiality and nursing best practices
  • Current and valid LPN license
  • Up-to-date BLS certification

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in meeting diverse care needs, demonstrating patience, compassion, and professionalism.
