Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs, assisting the physician in developing a therapy plan of care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient well-being, relieving pain and restoring function.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care, instructing patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress.
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse and physician.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle.
