Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentations and Outreach: Assist in the provision of presentations to local high schools, one-stop centers, and other relevant locations to reach eligible populations.
  • Orientation and Welcome: Assist with orientation sessions, provide campus tours, and help with welcome activities for newly arrived students.
  • Prospect Management: Assist the Outreach and Admissions team with initial prospect contact and maintaining contact with prospects, utilizing effective communication strategies.
  • Pre-Arrival Support: Conduct pre-arrival calls to prospective students to ensure a smooth transition to our institution.
  • Retention and Support: Assist with retention activities, including communication with students in unauthorized absence status, and provide support to ensure student success.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A driver's license is preferred.
  • Experience or ability with public speaking is essential.
  • Knowledge of IT and smartphone applications is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Publisher is required.
