Position: Venue Sanitation Specialists - Overnight Shifts

Compensation: $15 per hour

Overview:
Pritchard Industries is looking to hire dedicated Facility Maintenance Attendants and Venue Sanitation Specialists. In this role, you will be tasked with essential cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and maintaining restrooms and break areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in designated restrooms and areas during events.
  • Ensure cleanliness in designated restrooms and areas after events.
  • Continuously monitor and stock restrooms.
  • Manage waste disposal, including trash, recyclables, and compost.
  • Keep public and private areas free of debris and spills.
  • Maintain cleanliness in loading docks and service corridors.
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay informed about event details and facility layout.
  • Report any accidents or injuries to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Physical capability to carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, and climb.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Reliable transportation is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
