We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Machinery Specialist to join our team at Turbo Research Inc.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. You will also be required to modify parts and materials to improve overall production, test completed equipment to detect and remove defects, perform routine maintenance on machinery, and calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments.

If you have previous experience in machinery or other related fields, familiarity with machine tools and equipment, strong analytical and mathematical skills, and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to read, comprehend, and work from blueprints, written or oral directives, and be able to inspect own work using a variety of common machine shop inspection tools and methods. A high level of mechanical aptitude and the ability to hold +/- .0002 tolerances are also essential.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Please note that over-time is available, and we provide individual and family health insurance, vacation time, and other benefits. Training is available for any candidate with good experience and aptitude to learn.
