Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Perimeter Behavioral Health. As a Residential RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, addressing both their mental health and physical well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate each resident's care and develop a comprehensive nursing assessment and care plan.
- Identify and document patient information based on data collected through nursing assessments and information obtained from family and/or primary caregiver or guardian.
- Develop measurable goals on the multi-disciplinary treatment plan that is mutually set with the treatment team and the resident.
- Provide general nursing care as required and develop a therapeutic relationship with assigned residents.
- Assess resident's physical needs and emotional needs.
Requirements:
- Prefer some previous experience in healthcare, preferably with pediatrics or behavioral health.
- Must be willing to work assigned shifts, which is 6a to 6p or 6p to 6a and rotate weekend shifts.
