We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Vighter. As a Surgical ICU Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Surgical ICU Stepdown unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU Stepdown unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions
- 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. certification as needed per specialty
