About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with strong leadership and supervisory skills. They will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating order fulfillment, and leading a team of warehouse personnel.

  • $20 per hour
  • 40 hours PTO, sick pay, and holiday pay after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel, including order pickers, packers, and shippers
  2. Coordinate and schedule the movement of goods and materials through the warehouse
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
  4. Work closely with warehouse management to develop and implement operational strategies
  5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to warehouse personnel
  6. Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
  7. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the warehouse
  8. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  9. Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technologies
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
