Job Overview

Spotlight Acro and Cheer is seeking highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics and Cheer Coaches to join our team. As a Gymnastics and Cheer Coach, you will be responsible for leading recreational classes and providing a safe and engaging learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students
  • Provide instruction and guidance to students in gymnastics and cheerleading techniques
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new programs and services
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students to ensure a positive and inclusive experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in gymnastics and/or cheerleading coaching
  • Strong knowledge of gymnastics and cheerleading techniques and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied schedules
