Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Elementary School Educator to join our team at CareStaff Partners. As a key member of our educational services, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Leadership: Provide differentiated instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor student progress, documenting achievements, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
  • Instructional Design and Delivery: Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, materials, and resources to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Student Support and Development: Monitor and address students' social-emotional development, behavior management, and self-regulation skills.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree preferred.
  • Certification: Valid teaching certificate or credential.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and people skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
