Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic disease management and preventive care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in medical student teaching and departmental research programs to contribute to the advancement of family medicine.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Eligibility for full staff privileges at VCU Health System.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia.
- Demonstrated experience working in a diverse healthcare environment and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
