  • Conducting Qualitative Research: You will undertake thorough research, including market assessments, literature reviews, document analysis, and drafting memos to provide insights and support expert reports.
  • Assisting Expert Witnesses: You will aid in the preparation of expert reports and presentations, ensuring our experts convey complex economic and financial concepts effectively in legal and regulatory settings.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Strong communication and teamwork are essential. You will work closely with colleagues at all levels, contributing to the development of robust and innovative solutions for our clients.
TYPICAL CASES IN METRICS

Within the METRICS practice, you will engage in cases such as:

  • Antitrust & Competition: Investigating markets, assessing competitive restrictions, and estimating relevant damages.
  • Telecommunications: Analyzing competition, auctions, and mergers within the telecommunications sector.
  • Consumer Protection and Product Liability: Evaluating the impact of misinformation on consumer choices and determining the value consumers assign to specific product features through statistical and econometric analysis of sales data.
