We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per year.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high level of patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Medication Management: Supervise and manage the dispensing of prescription medications to patients.
  • Patient Counseling: Provide thorough guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor pharmacy staff to uphold best practices and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess.
  • Collaborative Care: Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care and outcomes.
