Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, physical conditions, and laboratory results to inform care decisions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in women's health care.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in nursing.
- Current Nevada RN license.
- Previous clinical experience in medical and obstetrical nursing preferred.
- American Heart Association certifications: BLS (within 30 days of hire), ACLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation within 90 days of hire.
