About the Role:


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Provider to join our team at Guardian Angel Senior Services. As a Home Health Care Provider, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities that promote independence and mobility.
  • Assist clients with transfers, such as getting in and out of bed or chairs, and provide support with mobility exercises.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document and report any changes in clients' mental or physical condition, as well as any concerns or issues that may arise.
