OBGYN Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity in Washington State

About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled OBGYN physician to join our team as a locum tenens provider in Washington state. As a locum tenens physician, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, with a reduced commitment of only 72 hours per month.
Work Schedule:
You will be required to work one weekend per month, typically Friday to Sunday, providing on-call services for clinic deliveries. This will involve assessing and managing patient care during this time, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment.
Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing routine delivery services, including obstetric and gynecological care
* Managing complicated deliveries, including VBAC (Vaginal Birth after C-Section) and 3rd and 4th degree tears
* Performing ultrasounds and interpreting fetal heart rate monitoring data
* Conducting IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and laparoscopic procedures
* Supervising FP residents with their clinic patient deliveries, if necessary
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Current medical licensure in the United States
* Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
* BLS and DEA certification
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
We are seeking candidates with experience in high-risk pregnancies and preference for those who have worked in similar locum tenens settings. Your ability to adapt to new situations and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits:
