Job Title: Frontend Architect

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Architect to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions US Corp. as a UI Lead Engineer Associate. This role will be responsible for crafting and building modern user interface components to improve application performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
  • Suggesting improvements or changes to stay up to date with modern security and development standard processes.
  • Identifying web-based user interactions.
  • Developing and implementing highly adaptable user interface components using Vue.js concepts.
  • Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following Vue.js workflows.
  • Solving interface software and debugging application codes.
  • Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
  • Supervising and improving front-end performance.
  • Detailing application changes and developing updates.
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.


Qualifications:
  • 12-15 years overall experience.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Vue.js.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Vue.js and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
  • Experience with state management tools such as Vuex.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
  • Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing, specifically testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest.
  • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.


Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum
