- Interact with the customer base to understand their strategy and product requirements.
- Clearly define and address mega-trends that lead to growth drivers for tactical sales and new product line development.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver significant customer programs from bid preparation to production.
- Manage the product portfolio lifecycle and drive streamlining initiatives to optimize the Product Portfolio.
- 5+ years of product management, sales, or other relevant experience.
- Relevant product or industry experience desired.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- 4-year technical or business degree required.
- Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience preferred.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $129,120 - $193,680 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
- A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
