Serenity Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Admissions RN to join their team in providing exceptional care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate the admission process by educating and informing patients/families of our services.
- Provide nursing assessment, initial plan of care, and intervention(s) that optimize patient and family-directed comfort and quality of life.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality assessment and assurance procedures to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- ~ 1 year of Hospice experience, preferred.
- ~ Must be knowledgeable of quality assessment and assurance procedures.
