We are seeking a Level III electrical engineering expert to enhance our Renewables Studies and Utility System Planning division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage various stages of engineering projects, ensuring effective communication within the project management team.
  • Provide technical direction on complex engineering challenges, adhering to industry standards such as IEEE, NESC, NEC, and NFPA.
  • Plan, organize, and execute assigned engineering studies, occasionally tackling intricate assignments that require innovative techniques.
  • Act as the primary engineer for project deliverables, overseeing engineering calculations and utilizing modeling software.
  • Review and validate complex system models to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
  • Supervise and mentor Project Engineers I and II, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience is required, showcasing design and project management expertise.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with software tools such as ETAP, Milsoft EA WindMil, EasyPower, and Python.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
