Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual marketing plans for operations to drive revenue growth through meal plan sales, retail sales, and catering growth.

  • Supervise activities of and direct marketing efforts to ensure brand consistency across all locations.

  • Create and distribute impactful collateral to communicate the success of the dining experience.

  • Guide units in the execution of marketing promotions, campaigns, catering, and retail sales drivers.

  • Analyze guest feedback and develop insights studies to drive guest satisfaction and elevate the dining experience.

  • Coordinate and plan programming and events to enhance partnerships and support sustainability awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years marketing experience with contract food services.

  • Excellent communication skills and public relations experience.

  • Knowledge of merchandising and promotions.
