Warehouse Production Lead Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Lakeland, FL production warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient construction of displays by supervising employees and verifying that all components meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor employee performance to guarantee accurate display assembly and adherence to project requirements
• Verify proper alignment of display parts, ensure double scores are folded correctly, product is placed and orientated correctly, and all displays are prepared for shipping as per standards
• Identify quality issues and promptly report them to the production team
• Conduct regular audits on displays using Planogram and BOMs to maintain quality control
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Assist with any additional duties assigned by management

To succeed in this position, you must have:

• Proven work experience in a production warehouse environment
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
