Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our front office team, including responding to patient inquiries, managing health forms, and coordinating patient care.
- Clinical Tasks: Assist with clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, administering and monitoring TMS and esketamine treatments, and coordinating patient care with our in-house treatment team.
- Patient Engagement: Build relationships with patients during treatment sessions, provide education on medication management, and promote our services to potential referral sources.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: High school diploma or GED, with successful completion of a medical assistant program.
- Experience: Two years of related work experience in a psychiatric outpatient setting, with excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate in a courteous, pleasant, and professional manner.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency, ability to accurately interpret and utilize medical terminology and abbreviations, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 per year.
