POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will serve as a brand ambassador, tasked with fostering emotional connections between our clientele and Calvin Klein. Your goal will be to consistently surpass customer expectations, deliver outstanding service, and exhibit a genuine passion for our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Interaction

  • Welcome and assist every customer, focusing on engagement and suggestive selling to enhance unit sales and conversion rates.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate value and cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Prioritize an exceptional customer experience, actively seeking feedback and relaying insights to management for business improvement.

Operational Efficiency

  • Execute tasks related to inventory processing, replenishment, cashiering, and marketing directives in accordance with brand standards.
  • Ensure backstock organization and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Remain vigilant regarding potential theft and report any concerns to management.

Team Spirit

  • Exhibit pride, commitment, and enthusiasm for the brand and our customers, treating both with professionalism and respect.
  • Encourage individuality, inclusivity, and collaboration; actively seek feedback for personal and team development.
  • Adapt to innovation and company initiatives, working together to achieve brand objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required, including availability for evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds for extended periods.
