Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging in comprehensive analysis and requirements gathering to enhance functionality in data and reporting systems.
2. Conducting detailed data analysis, documenting essential data requirements, functional specifications, and data mapping across multiple integration points.
3. Utilizing tools and technologies such as SQL, ETL development, and Informatica Power Center to facilitate data management.
4. Applying data governance principles and data management practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex business and data requirements into clear technical specifications.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of five years of relevant experience is required. Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly in the Property and Casualty (P&C) sector, is advantageous.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with source code repositories such as Subversion and Team Foundation Server.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Understanding of data warehousing techniques and software development life cycle (SDLC).
