Job Summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is a national creditor rights law firm seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Attorney to join our team in Florida. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and filing legal pleadings, motions, and discovery in furtherance of active litigation files.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil procedure, debt collection, and high-volume litigation environments. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and outside parties, analyze and process litigation inventory reports, and comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery in furtherance of active litigation files
  • Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and litigation files
  • Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties
  • Comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in the state of Florida
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of litigation/trial experience
  • Working knowledge of civil procedure
  • Debt collection experience
