As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

• Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including dusting, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as removing trash and recyclables.
• Safety and Compliance: Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
