About Us
Colavria Hospitality, a locally owned company specializing in assisted living, rehabilitation, and long-term care in the greater Denver area, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) to join our team at The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood.
Salary
$20.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled C.N.A to provide high-quality care to our residents and guests. As a member of our Interdisciplinary Team, you will work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs and desires of each individual.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance;
- Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion in all interactions with residents, families, and staff;
- Participate in shift reports, care planning, and other meetings as needed;
- Document resident care and progress accurately and thoroughly;
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care delivery;
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) certification;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous experience in long-term care or gerontology preferred;
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
