About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity for a skilled MRI technologist to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to perform a range of MRI procedures, ensuring that patients receive safe and efficient care.
Responsibilities- Imaging Services: Prepare and conduct MRI examinations, operating assigned equipment safely and effectively.
- Image Evaluation: Assess MRI images for technical quality and provide feedback for improvement.
- Procedure Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement procedures for effective scanner utilization.
- Patient Care: Complete informed consent forms as required and administer contrast media under physician supervision.
- Maintenance and Safety: Maintain scanner cleanliness and adhere to infection control policies.
- Overtime and On-Call: Be available for standby and on-call duties as needed, responding within 20 minutes of notification.
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Minimum one year of experience as a radiologic technologist, including fluoroscopy.
- Washington State Certification as a radiologic technologist.
- ARRT registration in MRI or within one year of employment in MRI classification.
The salary for this position is approximately $74,000-$84,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
