Registry/Per Diem roles do not guarantee hours and do not include a medical benefits package. Completion of a post-offer Occupational Health physical assessment, drug screening, and background checks (including employment, criminal, and educational verification) is mandatory.

Schedule Details: Friday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hospital setting focusing on MRI.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct MRI procedures in accordance with established departmental policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with referring providers' orders.
  2. Educate patients and their families about the procedures and treatments, demonstrating professionalism and fostering teamwork for optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Generate high-quality imaging results and prepare them for timely interpretation, ensuring accurate documentation.
  4. Perform quality control measurements on equipment and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance, adhering to safety protocols.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of radiology practice.
  6. Ensure efficient workflow within the department, monitoring supply inventory to prevent service interruptions.
Minimum Qualifications: National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or modality-specific licensure (NMTCB, ARDMS, ARMRIT) is required. State licensure as applicable. Advanced certification in MRI must be obtained within 18 months of hire. BLS certification is also required.
