Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Security Officer to join our team at AM Services Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises in Carlisle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistent and professional standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Use of advanced security systems and software to monitor and respond to security incidents
  • Carry out routine patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks
  • Locking and unlocking premises, and ensuring the secure storage of sensitive equipment and documents
  • Completion of detailed incident reports and liaison with local authorities as required
  • Operating client switchboard and responding to security-related queries
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • A valid front-line SIA Licence (Door Supervisor, Security Guarding or Close Protection) is essential for the role
  • A valid SIA CCTV Licence would be desirable
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle would be desirable but not essential
  • 1 year of experience in a security-related role (preferred)
