We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Culinary Specialist to join our team at The Addison of Lincolnton. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals according to our standard recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure that all food meets safety and sanitation standards.
- Work effectively with our residents, visitors, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Participate in menu planning and food preparation to ensure variety and quality.
- Experience in production cooking and/or preparing therapeutic diets is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Food handling and sanitation licenses are required.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Word.
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems.
