Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Colorectal Surgery to join our esteemed healthcare team.

About the Role:
This role is integral to our Colorectal and General Surgery Clinic, which focuses on providing expert care for conditions affecting the colon, rectum, and anus. The ideal candidate will possess clinical proficiency and a background in general surgery, colorectal surgery, or trauma surgery.

Facilities and Services:
Our modern operating rooms are equipped for minimally invasive surgical techniques, including advanced laparoscopic and robotic-assisted procedures. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, as well as wound and ostomy care, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to home.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected individual will collaborate closely with physicians in managing pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as conducting rounds in the clinic. Responsibilities include:

  • Daily management of post-operative patient care
  • Conducting clinic rounds

Qualifications:

  • Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or proof of application
  • Compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for billing Medicare
