• Estimated Salary: $15-$18 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kids Class Coach to join our dynamic team at TOCA Soccer Training Facility. As a Kids Class Coach, you will be responsible for teaching soccer skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment.

This is a part-time, hourly opportunity to work with children aged 18 months to 7 years old, helping them develop their fundamental movement skills, social skills, and teamwork abilities. If you're passionate about soccer, enjoy working with children, and are looking to create positive experiences for young athletes, this role may be perfect for you.

• Soccer Instruction: Teach engaging and interactive class sessions to children, following TOCA Kids curriculum.
• Skill Development: Assist players in improving their soccer skills through progressive drills and exercises tailored to their skill level.
• Game Play: Organize and lead age-appropriate soccer activities to apply the skills learned during classes.
• Safety: Ensure the safety of all participants by following safety guidelines and monitoring for injuries.
• Motivation and Encouragement: Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere, fostering a love for the sport while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with parents, providing updates on players' progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Equipment and Field Maintenance: Assist in setting up and maintaining the kids classes field space and equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for training sessions.

• Uphold our service commitment standards by being professional, welcoming, aware, outgoing, and proud.
• Work with leadership to create and maintain a unified culture as well as a high level of engagement throughout the center.

• A strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and experience playing or coaching soccer.
• College-level club soccer playing experience is preferred.
• Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting, demonstrating patience and the ability to motivate and engage young athletes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow coaching staff.
• Passion for creating an inviting and welcoming environment that aligns with TOCA Soccer Training's values.
• A genuine interest for soccer and a desire to share this enthusiasm with young players.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Must have availability to work afternoons and weekends, as most youth soccer classes take place during these times.
• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
• Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
