Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Philly InMovement Inc.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of gymnastics programs for competitive teams
  • Coach and mentor gymnasts to achieve their full potential
  • Work closely with the Head Coach and other coaches to plan and execute training sessions
  • Ensure a safe and supportive training environment for all gymnasts
  • Participate in competitions and events as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience teaching gymnastics
  • Minimum 1 year experience coaching a competitive team or extensive background as a competitive gymnast
  • Familiarity with USAG requirements and routines
  • Strong spotting ability and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • License and car for travel to competitions
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 afternoon/evenings per week (Wednesdays and Fridays) or 4-5 afternoon/evenings per week (including Saturdays)

Compensation:

$15-$18/hr or salary with benefits can be discussed if willing to do recreational classes and curriculum building
